HPV Diagnosis?HpV symptoms?!

I'm 23 and had unprotected sex with a guy three times(he was my first), Back in august I had to bumps on each side of my outer vagina lips one one the left started out as an itchy spot then turn into a small bump,flesh colored. The on the right was big like an mosquito bite it didn't itch unless I bothered it. I thought they could have been. Mosquito. Bites because I wore loose shorts with no undies. Then I read on line about hair bumps and G warts. I thought they could have been hair bumps because when I take my panties off sometimes the hair pull in those areas. I went to a doctor and she said they were hair bumps and itch because they were infected and are healing. Now I had a hair bump before I was sexual active It had pus like fluid and healed . The two bumps I had didn't have and fluid. Could these have been warts? Do warts go away on there own? Have any one experienced warts like these?
