yah most likely its take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. as long as you take 4 of them during the day you are all set.

this seems like an awful lot of azithromycin, you must have a nasty infection. cause usually they prescribe one 500mg tablet 1x for 2 days, then they go down to 2x 250 tablets for 5-6 days. they need a steady dose. and you shouldnt stop abruptly.

Follow the directions on the label. They are very clear. Take all 4 pills at one time. ("take 4 tablets by mouth as a one time dose")
