Working out caused acne?!


Question: Working out caused acne?
I've been working out, and I have been breaking out like crazy. I read that working out clears the skin and takes out toxins. Does that mean that the crazy amount of acne that appeared on my face is the release of toxins, and will the acne decrease, eventually if I keep working out?

yes the same thing happened to me. just shower AS SOON as you are done working out and you use facial cleaner too



Some people have very sensitive skin and your probably one of those people, so working out could cause some acne outbreaks since you are sweating uncontrollably and when you whip it you're just adding on to the bacteria that is going to sink into your pores.
I suggest you go and clean your face daily, when you wake up, Before you go to sleep, and especially after you workout, this should help with your acne.
Also if you are already using some sort of acne treatment, it could be that that cream requires you to stay away from the sun, yes medication does work, however, if you're exposed to certain things such as sweat or the sun it may in fact worsen your acne instead f helping it clear away, so take that to consideration.
Also, working does help with a lot of things surprisingly it is a very good source to relieve you from stress and even acne since some acne is caused by excess amounts of stress.



Sweat can cause acne, but generally your body will adapt. However some people are actually allergic to their own sweat and always suffer rashes and outbreaks when they sweat.
