How is it possible to reduce Creatine Kinase in the blood?!

Question: How is it possible to reduce Creatine Kinase in the blood?
My sister-in-law has had readings of 605, 290, 315 and 415 after monthly blood tests. What medical or other methods can be used to reduce it to the normal level ? She has recently been diagnosed with Diabetes - has this a relevance ?

The first thing is for her GP or specialist to look into WHY it's elevated.

CK is released when muscle is damaged by something. Medicine, trauma, etc. Once the cause is treated, the CK level drops.

The diabetes may well be related, but it's hard to tell without having the patient & her record in front of you.

Sorry for not having a more specific answer.
