If the blood test is testing for drug usage, yes, it will show up. The doctor can not tell your father anything if you tell him not to. However I am not sure if he or she will have to inform the police of illegal drug use or if that is also covered in the doctor-patient confidentiality. Weed can be detectable for up to 3 months sometimes more, sometimes less as for your eyes it depends on your body and prior drug usage. In my opinion its not worth the risk.

if you tell your doctor to not tell your parents they wont.
but. they will only be red while your high. and then a few days after you've been sober they might not be as white as they were before you smoked. but its completely unnoticeable and common for people to not have white eyes.
but it usually stays in your system for about 2 weeks.
after you smoke you should detox like crazy if your getting tested soon
cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar(its disgusting as ****. but it detoxes like no other) and as much water as you can handle with out killing your self. lol and sweating will help your body get rid of the toxins.

the active chemical in weed is THC, it remains detectable in urine for quite some time; weeks to a month or so. the blood test will be able to show THC in your system. If your doctor abides by the law he can't tell your father. blood and or urine test are whats called protected health information, and according to the HIPAA laws can not be shared without your permission. I have, however, worked with some unscrupulous nurses who have "accidentally" let a parent see drug screen results. so just be careful. As far as your eyes, I'm unsure. try visine (sp?)
