Maybe you pushed yourself too hartd with the exercise but maybe its something else if I were you I would pop along to see the doctor just to make check.
Exercise is good but when you are overweight (I know from personal exp) you need to start off a bit slower to make sure you don't over pressure your heart.
a deficiency in vitamin B12 and iron can cause dizziness. make sure you are eating very healthy to get all your vitamins/minerals! also, drink plenty of water (you might be dehydrated). drink some gatorade to replenish your electrolytes.
