Been having trouble completing a breath?!
Question: Been having trouble completing a breath?
For the past 3 weeks, I've had the feeling that I can't complete a breath.
It all started after working out in the heat for a few hours. The next day, I woke up feeling like that.
I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and he didn't give me a diagnosis. He just gave me some Cephahexin and a Ventolin inhaler.
I'm done with the Cephahexin and I've only used the inhaler a few times.
I still have that feeling of not completing a breath, though.
I don't feel tired or have coughing. Just a tiny bit of sore muscles.
I had abdominal pain but it went away. So compared to 3 weeks ago, I'm fairly better but sometimes I feel my heart beating faster and not breathing well.
I'm thinking of going to the doctor again? Do you think I could have asthma or pneumonia or like allergy-induced asthma? Or could it be anxiety?
I don't have anything to be anxious about but do have a party coming up (I'll be dancing in front of a crowd for the first time) and I'm a really busy student. I don't relax much but I've never felt anxious before.
What could be wrong with me? I'm worried because I'm a healthy kid and I've never had any problems before.
Should I continue taking the inhaler until I go to the doctor again this weekend?
Btw, I'm almost 16. Don't smoke or drink or anything.
Thanks.
Also, the heat makes me feel dizzy and with a headache.
Allergies?
