I am 15 years old I'm 5'2 and i weigh 115 lbs I would like to loose 15 p!
Question: I know it's not healthy BUT i really want this. I work out a lot but i just can't seem to get the weight off. I really just want to loose my legs. They are small but i want them smaller in the theighs.

Hi, I know how you feel. Anyways, do not stop eating, that is very bad advice.
Eat four-six small meals a day, usually around 300 calories each.
Eg. Breakfast - a bowl of whole grain cereal and skim milk
Snack - an apple with some peanut butter, veggies, whole wheat crackers. etc.
Lunch - whole grain bagel + light cream cheese
Dinner - skinless boneless chicken and steamed veggies
You deffinatly dont need to lose weight. Report It
