How long til I will start seeing results?!


Question: I eat healthy; Mostly natural foods (i.e.:fruits, veggies, nuts, grains, seeds) and the occasional processed food. (1-2 a week. I don't eat past 6 pm. I jog/ walk fast every day for an hour (either way, i get the heart a-pumpin!).. and .. hmm.. I also do squats too! I eat no meat, and barely any junk food. (0-1 a week)
I only started 2 days ago, but I was just wondering.

It will be about 2 days. I was 12 and lost 40 lbs within 2 months and i imediatly started to see results.....GOOD LUCK CHICKY!

What results are you looking for?

So in order to loose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. One pound equals 3500 calories. Just figure out how many calories you're taking in and how many you are burning and that will tell you how long until you reach your goal weight.
