I think it can be done in a week! I leave for Panama in a week and I totally have the same goal! 2lb dumbells are fine - you just have to do several reps. And eat lots of healthy foods like salad and fruit and tonss of waterrr! Like 2 - 4 liters. And I have been drinking ginger with my tea in the morning and it helps as a cleaners to help the bloated feeling.

Good luck! 1 week isn't that long so work your *** off! AND YOU'LL LOOK HOT!

CANT BE DONE IN A WEEK

workout......like lift

Exercise........

Do lots of pushups and eat healthy for 1 week straight just dont give up.........!

Use the dumbbells then! Do reps and try to do it for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening! Good luck!

lift a car several times

Pushups are great for your shoulders and arms. No equipment needed and can be performed anywhere.

let me know if u find 1 pls

push ups and pull ups will def. tone your arms up, I don't know if you can tone anything in a week.. but you can try?

Buy a bolflex or just listen to CHUCK NORRIS

I really doubt you can tone your arms in a week... but you should still do exercises... or play wii (sports). That sure will give you a work out =P

You need 10lb dumbbells. Also, swimming really tones every part of the body.

ok so you litf the weights over your head and bend them back at a 90 degree angle. using light weight because heaveryer one will only make them bigger. and do many reps. of those.

SORRY, TONE DOES NOT COME FROM EXERCISES, TONE COMES FROM DIETING, EATING LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN EACH DAY, THAT'S GOING TO GIVE YOU TONE. LIFTING WEIGHTS, LIGHT OR HEAVY, BUILDS MUSCLE, IT'S JUST THAT HEAVY WEIGHTS BUILD MUSCLE FASTER THAN LIGHT WEIGHTS, SO WITH A 2KG DUMBBELL, YOUR NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING.

change what you eat and exercise
