It is a fact:
Calcium is desperately needed for a healthy lifestyle. It keeps bones healthy and strong. Most people think of dairy products as their primary source of calcium. However, some people choose not to eat dairy. Others are lactose intolerant and cannot eat dairy products at all. For those people, calcium is still just as important for their health. Here are some nondairy alternatives for calcium intake.

Calcium Fortified Juice::
If you already drink your morning orange juice, try buying the brand that is fortified with calcium. These are become extremely popular and can be found in almost any grocery store. Fortified juices are a great way to consume calcium. Some experts agree that you can absorb more calcium this way than with milk.

Calcium in Water::
Forget buying expensive bottled water, if you have hard tap water, this is a good source of calcium. When someone refers to hard water, it means that minerals (sometimes large chucks) are still in the water. Calcium is one of the minerals typically found in hard water. Although some bottled water now contains calcium, hard tap water is much cheaper.

Calcium in Green, Leafy Vegetables::
Oh no, another reason to eat your vegetables! Green, leafy vegetables are extremely high in calcium. This includes foods such as broccoli and spinach. If you are a vegetarian, make sure you load up on your veggies.

Calcium in Sardines::
Certain types of canned fishes have large amounts of calcium. This is not because the fish flesh itself contains calcium, but the softened, ground up fish bone does. It sounds gross, but it is actually quite normal to eat ground up fish bone. Look on a tuna fish can label. It will tell you if the can includes bones or not. If it does, it will be a great source of calcium.

Calcium in Legumes and Seeds::
Certain legumes like tofu and hummus are rich in calcium. Fortunately, vegans eat a lot of these foods because they are not made from animal products. Seeds such as tahini and almonds are very rich in calcium as well.

Found this over the internet and hope this helps =]

The best way is calcium fortified orange juice. A serving of orange juice (usually about 8 oz.) contains the 100% daily recommended amount. You can always double up and drink two glasses. Good luck.

orange juice with calcium. caltrate is a chocolate flavoured chew

Try taking the calcium and vitamin chews. They taste like candy but provide calcium. Some brands are Viactiv, Walmart, etc.
Good Luck!
