How can i get a smaller bum and a toned flat stomach?!


Question: i have a big bum that sticks out. what can i do to make it smaller and not stick out. also can you tell me how to get a toned flat stomach as i heard sit ups aren't good. is this true

I do Yoga. I know plenty of people that used to fit that description... they started doing Yoga like I am doing... they achieved the look they wanted! But, the secret is...you have to keep doing it. AND... eat right and drink tons of water.

walking and running works on your bum.

for your stomach: crunches and leg lifts.

If you can, get core rythems (a workout tape) its latin dancing and specifically targets the abs.

Only eat breakfast lunch and dinner. Nothing more. Drink only water and milk. Run as much as you can, and do like 20 or so crunches a day.

Yep, Beth is right. There are all sorts of activities you can do to achieve the look you want, but whatever you do, you have to keep doing it.

Crunches are good and squats will work for the but...if you don't have any weights to use then use a couple of one gallon containers and remember that one gallon weights about eight pounds so adjust accordingly

It's been said a million times here, but let's make it a million and one. You cannot target any specfic body part for weight loss. Weight loss is cumulative. Doing crunches or say specific exercises for your butt will not "remove" the fat from these areas. If you want to lose fat you need to target your entire body (the butt and the gut are always the last places to go, BTW).

Bear is mind it is normal for a female to have a slight curve on her stomach, even the ones at ideal weight for height.

What i'm doing at the moment is 360 sit-ups all at once which is kinda working f*cking tiring but yeah. and for the butt tense it for 5 seconds and repeat that 10 times a day.

Walking faster than normal on regualr basis.for bottom
Stepper will tone legs, bum and tummy.
Sit ups for tummy as they will strenghen those muscles in them.

exercise. i know, everyone says that, but just walk around your yard a few times a day. Eat right, drink milk and juice and water. In a couple weeks, you'll have a flat stomach. Then you just have to keep walking and eating right.
I have a big bum too, and I don't think anything but slimming pants and skirts can make it at least look smaller.
