How much weight can I lose?!


Question: BMI is slightly over average. I need to lose about 13 lbs. I don't have any excersise equipment at home. I want to lose at least 6 lbs by January 8th. Is this possible with CRUNCH Fat Burning Pilates, every day? Its a 45 minute dvd I'm also watching calories and drinking a lot of water. How much weight can be lost by the 8th? Any other tips would be great, thanks.

I would say yes, if you increase water(which you have) and cut out fats and sugars....eat alot of raw foods...and not alot of cooked and eat 6 small meals a day....or graze every 2 hrs...it will help.

You could lose 6 lbs overnight. Of course it will not stay off and is not healthy. The question is do you want to keep it off? Doing those exercises every day would be good but eating right is more important. Just take your time and do it right
