How to change in 2 weeks!!!!!?!


Question: Well i wanna loose sum weight before school starts this january i want to look better then last semester well im not fat n im not skinny im more like in the middle i wanna have more curves, loose some belly fat and a bigger butt what could you suggest to do? what should i eat? and what kind of excersices do i have to do?
well it doesnt have to be in 2 weeks but i want to end with this as fast plz help

Hi, I'm 15 and I lost lots of pounds already. I eat five times a day, each meal the size of my palm, better if you eat every three hour. That's what I did, and make sure you stick to it! [I set an alarm every three hour so that I don't forget] Drink 2 litres of water a day, can be more but no less than that okay. Water really does help the digestion process. When you wake up, early in the morning, drink one glass of hot water to help clean your stomach [because cold water solidifies the fats in your stomach] However, drinking iced water does help, too because your body will need extra energy to heat up the water and therebore more fats will be burnt off. Cut off the junk food. Then, go with food high with fibre; veggie and fruits [Definitely not my favourite food, but think of all the fats you're going to lose! You'll think the veggies are delicious, no kidding.] Cut out the junk food. Exercise 30 minutes a day. You MUST do some aerobic exercises, flexibility and weight training [I read somewhere you lose weight better if you do these three] For aerobic, I did rope jumping, then for weight training, I did pushups and situps 50 each a day. You can do any sort of flexibility, but I usually just stand up and bend my body downwards until my fingerstips touch my toe. Stay that way for 10 seconds and don't hold your breath. Repeat it for three times or so. Eating breakfast is essential, it boosts your metabolism and breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day.

That's what I did, and it's worked. My metabolism rate is incredibly faster now! Good luck!

Eat eggs (very low calorie but high in nutrients) and as many green veggies as you can stand. Try to eat 6 meals. dont drink any beverages with calories. Walk quickly for at least 45 minutes each day--you should be brisk enough in your stride to break a bit of a sweat. Cut down your carbs (bread, pasta, cereal, snack bars) 75% of your meals should come from meat or veggies. NO SNACKING!

crunches or sit-ups should help you loose some belly fat..and its best to lay off junkfood or food with a bunch of sugar. Cranberry juice is good for you (natural sugars) and so are fruits and vegies. :]

im doing the same as you lol here this is what im doing.... and they said i will definitely loose 10 lbs but try to eat really healthy food okay and im meduim like you too ! i asked this yesturday
