Diet experts, I need some advice?!


Question: I need to lose weight, and I need some ideas. What should my diet consist of? I eat a ton of bread! That is a big problem for me, and I HATE veggies. I like fruit, and I drink mostly milk. I do not drink enough water. So what should I have and not have in my diet?

best thing 2 do is :

have quite alot of carbohydrate's but burn it off afterwords its something like 50% carbs a day

some protein which u should eat like 35%

and fat u only need 15% of fat aday so u can limit that

If you like bread, eat wholegrain, if you like milk, try soy milk (Silk tastes the best...). No matter what kind of diet product you take, you initially lose the weight, but if you go back to your old habits you will gain it right back.

Your diet should be full of high quality protein, whole grains, vegetables and fruit.

Well thats your problem. you have to control what you eat.. too much bread is really bad.. if u like it try to eat whole grain. stay away from juices and sweets and fattening foods obviously and water is a must..it well help you alot.. drink lots and lots of it, it helps to clean your system. lost of veggies and fruits. protein and calcium and vitamins. if you really want to lose fat you have to excercise alot.. running, walking. its simple really.. u just have to motivate urself
