I want to lose some weight,but what do I need to do to begin?!


Question: My goal: I want to lose 30 pounds.
My weight: I weigh about 170 or 175 pounds.
How long will it take it lose 30 pounds?
What are some great diet plans to start for brakfast, dinner, and lunch?
I do execrise;mostly walking every other day.
What are somethings that I need to avoid when eating?
What are some cheap and easy ways to make a subsitute; when dieting and eating?

First, you should write down a schedule. How many calories are you going to eat? how many hourrs are you going to ecercise? Once you have written out a schedule, FOLLOW IT. Do not back down and try and get out of it because it is hard. If the schedule works, good. If it does not try showing it to your doctor
