What do you do if ... ?!


Question: You haven't eaten in a very long time, not by choice but because there was no available food, and you're really hungry? What should you eat? Because isn't your body in starvation mode, and whatever you do eat will turn directly to fat? So what do you do to make sure it doesn't turn to fat?

I'd eat alota foods with no fat calories in them first. Drink at least 2qts water per day. Start adding fat calories, but keep drinking water. Do this until your body is back to normal.

if your tongue is white your in starvation mode and i would say eat complex carbs and than exercize

I THINK THAT IF YOUR BODY IS IN STARVATION MODE, IT WILL NOT GO TO FAT,,,THE BODY WILL USE IT RIGHT AWAY,

fruits and vegetables.
if no fat in it can't turn into something its not.try a salad use water ,ketchup or vinegar with water as ur salad dressing.
i lost 50lbs like that one month b4 i got married.
i ended up eating 27 plates of salad a day and still hungry but i was nice and slim when i got married.
