How unhealthy is this?!


Question: So everyone thinks im really skinny because i am 14, 5'9, and 125 pounds but my % body fat is 30% which is kind of high..
my moms friend(nutritionist) said i should take in calories wen i told her wat i eat everyday but then taking in more caleries wouldnt be good would it?? wat should i do

Eating the right amount, not too much, not too little, will keep you at a healthy weight. Eat three good meals a day with small, healthy snacks in between and you will be at a healthy weight.

eating more boosts your metabolism, so eating more and staying active will help you burn the fat at a quicker rate.

Eat more red meat, less sugar.

I'm 14 and 5'8 1/2 and i run every day and it keeps me active and healthy. i even go running with my friend down the street! it keep me in a good mood and healthy.
