Is it bad to do too much exercise?!

You don't want to do too much, I would say no more then 2 hours a day. You get arthritis from moving your joints a lot so yes, it is possible to get arthritis, but it all depends on the activity you are doing. Of course arthritis usually doesn't develop until you're in your 40's and up.
Oh and it's arthritis...just for future reference.

And i think you shouldnt do over 2 hours a day or something.

Arthritis is not caused by that..... however, You do not want to overwork your muscles.. That can cause fatigue.... and it is worse that just being tired.... It is a deep fatigue that is hard to get over.....

An hour per day is plenty. Remember, its what you put into the workout ratther than duration. As far as time per week, ,one day off per week is a good idea. And listen to your body. If you are tired and sore, take the day off.

yes, having too much exercise can be bad. I would suggest 30min a day and every other day or every two days do cardio.
