Why does my tummy get bigger & bigger even thou I ceased eating rice at night?!

Maybe you need to workout, do some crunches and eat, eat healthy.

what about all that other slop you put in your mouth.

probably because rice helps you poop lol and now you don't eat rice so you don't go as often so your belly is still full

Five to six small meals a day is the best way to go. Also, find a book by Bill Phillips called Body for Life. Great weight loss book. I have yet to meet anyone that it hasn't worked.

try doing sit ups everynight and morning as well also try substituting rice with wholemeal bread.

because even though you gave it up at night you might be eating more rice in the afternoon etc.

You could have worms.

Rice continues to expand... thats why you shouldn't feed raw rice to birds... (it makes their stomochs explode!) So if you eat rice throughout the day, then stop, it will expand a bit more until you digest it more.

Because rice has many calories in it.. that's why your tummy gor bigger... eat nutrition food everyday..

You should exercise daily, and never just stop eating a certain food group. By not eating you're stopping you're metabolism. So when you do stop the diet you gain everything back and more. My advice is eat healthy, and exercise at least an hour a day. Try to break a real sweat in you're workout at least twice a week..

Stop eating the Snickers. Or maybe you're preggers.

If you ceasing to eat rice at night just means you substitute your dinner for something else the reason could be you compensate it by eating that rice another time.

If you really want to lose weight fast, eat three medium sized meals a day, with three small snacks in between. Eat something every three hours basically.

Your metabolism will get trained to stay on 24/7 so you will burn fat even while you sleep, you'll have more energy and you'll stop converting carbs into fat.

Your snacks should be things like fruits or energy bars even cereal.

If you want to lose even more weight go with 2 servings of dairy, carbs, proteins, veggies, fruits a day each. And of course go for a nice run/jog/walk every monday wednesday and friday for at least 30 minutes.

umm...rice is good 4 u. u should analyze the rest of ur diet and c what bad things u can cut out. also start working out 2 burn off those excess calories

I don't know but maybe you should go to the doc? Sure you aren't pregnant? It could be a tummy problem that needs to be sorted out. My son has coeliac and his tummy bloats up really bad but there are a lot of things out there it could be, go and get checked out properly :) good luck!

you just dont have to give up food u have to exercise so tht u loose fat if u eat less food and dont use up tht energy so it turns up in fat and comes in ur body eat food and exercise okay? and do not give up rice cuz then u will have constipation and tht is dangerous eat little but then exxercise

Eat small meals throughout the day and drink about a gallon of water. Keep yourself active by walking a mile or two and doing crunches and pushups. I guarantee you will see a difference within two weeks.

when you say bigger and bigger do you mean that it is bloated or that you are putting on weight?

If it is bloated check out the sites on irritable bowel.
If it is weight, then look at using more energy than you eat. Go for a walk 4 or 5 times a week, that should help

What else are you eating and drinking? If you've recently started cutting down on carbs and drinking more water than usual then it could just be bloat.

you are either pregnant or you are stuffing yourself.
thats why beer drinkers have such a large belly.
