Nutrition Help.?!
Question: Im 15, 5' 7'' and weigh around 122 pounds. and Pretty much all the time ever since maybe a year ago ive been eating healthy with pretty much no sugary drinks, no fat-filled foods and basically doing pretty good.
But just today i recieved some candy and i just feel afraid that if i eat the candy or do even the Slightest unhealthy i'll gain weight. Am i wrong? can i eat the candy and still stay my same weight? Someone help me out here.

Seriously don't eat the candy. How would a couple of candy satisfy you, it's just candy. You taste it for about 5 seconds and it's down your throat. It's so pointless to eat something unnutritional for the taste. Waste os calories I'll say.
According to the picture you have a ciggarette in UR mouth & UR asking about health (?) & loosing weight (?).
1. You need to cut out the toxin's in UR body: Concider doing a De-Tox.
2. You need to stay away from canned & processed foods in boxes on the shelf in the store.
3. Cut out all white products: Sugar, flour & Dairy products & meat.
4. Juicing UR Fruits & vegetables separately helps UR body digest UR liquid foods properly.
You say, then what is left to eat?
Your ideal weight would be 149 lbs so if you do gain a few pounds so what. At 122 lbs gaining a few pounds is not a problem at all. Might even be beneficial.
eat the candy you will be fine
