Get your warm up with about 20 minutes on a bike (centralized warm up,)
next give your legs a break and do 3 repetitions of 20 on the small dumbells (warm up for arms and develops upper body endurance,)
Get back to your legs and do a stairmaster for 15 minutes (fat burning and toning for your butt,)
back to your upper section and do stair-stepping while holding the weights in your hands (endurance and develops you legs especially your calf-muscles,)
now do 3 repetitions of 20 on a bufferfly exercise machine (to develop you chest,)
Finish your workout with 3 repetitions of 50 on a crunch-machine (abdominals.)

Keep the pace light to burn fat, increasing heart-rate will develop in a cardio form and develop muscle rather than burn fat. Remember to breathe during your workout and take a 5 to 8 minute break between sections.
