What simple exercise will burn fat?!

its not about the type of exercise. its how you do it.
you need to work out regularly. jogging for example, jog for around 30mins, 4x/week. then increase it gradually.
if you do crunches. do it for 10x, 3 sets, 4x/week. increase it gradually
there is no exercise that could get you slimmer in a zip. but if you do a particular exercise regimen regulary, you can see results after 6weeks

well im about same age as you, crunches and sit up are best, also leg lifting - moving one leg from side to side and other things like that - thats what i do =) and also walking

Jogging is one of the best things to do also cut back on sweets, pop (soda), eat healthier, drink water over other drinks.

Since you are 13 i would say participate in activities that get your heart rate up, but still are fun..basketball soccer, get some friend involved.

run 20 steps of staircase 5 times a day and see the result. but use good shoes and take care while coming down.easiest exercise for children like you.

pranayam in yoga. 20 mins daily

skipping!! jogging, sports such as netball bball soccer, tenis etc...swimming helps you have a more slimline figure..
