Question: ok am i overweight, im 13 years old 5'7 152 pounds(i am big boned and i have alot of muscles)

Well, I was reading everyone's answers and a 23 % I would assume is probably not accurate at all. The only way it is accurate is if you have some one put in all your measurements. I have my personal trainer do my measurements once a month to monitor my progress. Here is an example of what I mean. The 23 % is generaic because if I put my height and my weight in it tells me I am 19% body fat and with my real measurements done at the gym and with their BMI computer program I am truly 6.1%. So don't go by a standard calculator. You need to get all you measurements and then compute to find your real BMI.
