If you're exercising early in the morning, be sure to have BREAKFAST and give it at least 45 mins-an hour to digest before any intense work out. Never exercise on an empty stomach. Remember that your body basicaly goes through a 7 or 8 hour fast and your metabolism is in its slowest, so you need that early fuel.
Never work out IMMEDIATELY after eating. Like I said, at 45 mins - hour to digest.
Never workout on an empty stomach...you need fuel.
Also, drink plenty of water DURING and AFTER all work outs.

are you eating right before working out? if so, try waiting at least an hour or 2 before working out.
are u eating right before u workout ususally it's becuase you haven't completly digusited your food i would reccoment that you work out before u eat or wait 1hour and then work out
