Ok now about exercise...?!
Question: ok so tonight i decided to do a few exercises.
my choice: i did squats.i don't know if that is
the real name but i did 200 squats.you know
like if you squat down to talk to a small child.
trust me that is way harder than you think.if you
don't believe me go do about 20+.
anyway so now it feels like my legs have no bones!
or something..!
when i walk if i'm not paying too close attention
my legs just give out!it is the strangest feeling...
i mean i feel like a baby when it's first
starting to walk and they're all wabbly.
so my question is,
how can i get rid of this???
[oh yea i'll feel that in the morning...]

I think maybe you did too many, your legs are not use to that kind of work out. I feel that way after I go to the gym and work out harder then I'm normally use to. If you keep doing it a few times a week your body will get use to it and get stronger so maybe you won't be as wabbly after.
