I am 15 what is a good diet? Is my weight normal/okay?!

you don't need to diet... if you insist on dieting, just cut down on the sweets and chips and substitute water or healthy drinks for sugary drinks/sodas. don't eat past 7:30 pm to give yourself at least 2 hours before bed to digest so the food doesnt turn into excess weight.
That's a perfectly normal weight for your height. You don't need to lose any pounds.
Stop worrying about your weight. You're well within the normal range.
Weight loss diets are not a good idea for teenages who are not grossly overweight.
Because you are growing it is hard to measure weight loss.
A better strategy is to eat healthily and exercise.
So one get ride of candy, junk food, add in more vegetables and fruit. As a younger person you need more dairy and protien than an adult.
Next exercise. Find something you enjoy, I used to cycle a lot at your age and I lived in a place where there were many nice places to cycle to. Also playing sport with friends (have fun) can be good.
Don't worry too much but live a healthy life.
you don't need to loose any weight right now. as you get a little older, you may have to drop a few pounds to maintain that 180-190 lb range. Just eat healthy and things should be o.k..
