to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.
Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.
Good luck:

It's 10000000000000000 better being healthy than skinny. if u know what i mean, as in it's better to be healthy and fat than skinny and unhealthy. Cuz you're gonna live longer if you're healthier! ha, well what i did was join the swim team, i wasn't even close to being fat before i started swimmin but i did have some fat here and there and now a lot of that has been swum off =] so I would suggest swimmin, don't swim more than you can't handle, but still challenge yourself. good luckk
The best weight loss workouts are Aerobic or Cardio-type workouts. Anything that raises your heart rate (to about 65%-80% of max heart rate if you want to get technical about it) and keeps it there for 20-30 minutes 5 or more days a week. It doesn't require any equipment or cost, it can be as simple as walking, jogging, cycling, or playing some kind of sport that keeps you moving, etc.
Hope that helps!
