Is there a way you can be able to run faster by training not medications or anyt!
Question: title says it all
Answers: title says it all
There are a few things you can do. If you look at how the pros train, rarely do they do the same thing two days in a row each week. So, for instance one day they may do a slower endurance run, the next day do some sprints, take a day off or cross train, then do a face race pace short run, next day do some weight training, day after that do a moderate distance hill run. So on so forth. Also, they tend to go through phases, one phase may be to improve VO2 max, another phase to add on distance or strengthen hill climbs. These can last a few days to a few weeks.
Believe it or not, strength training will help too. Working out the full body, upper body included, can help you control posture, breathing, will add strength to your hill runs and intense strength training will actually increase VO2.
Remember that a good adequate diet is the cornerstone of any athletic endeavor. Without it it's very hard to become excellent. This is something most people highly underestimate. Think of it this way, the body has to build itself from what we give it, and if we give it junk or not enough nutrients then that's what it'll build, but if we give it solid healthy nutrients it needs then what you get are solid healthy cells. We truly are what we eat.
