Tips on how to lose weight?!
Question: im 13 and i need to lose weight ..badly
i weight 180 and im 5'5.
i need help on losing belly &thigh fat.
and im not gonna starve myself cuz it doesnt work

running ( or jogging if you dont want to fall UP the stairs...like I did.... ) on stairs or in a flat area works well, and every time you go up or down a step you add 4 seconds to your life, leaning down to your toes is also good 4 ur tummy, if u cant reach, thats ok, cause if u keep trying, u will be able to. I would NOT recommend running out side though. when ur chubby and running, u sorta jiggle ( ok alot jiggle ) and people might tease u. Im not saying this to be mean, I just dont want u to be embarresed. ( like i was, falling UP the stairs, while trying to get to class.)

don't constantly look at the scale.
it will stress you out and causes fat to store.
just try to eat healthier things, like fruit and veggies. Exercise is excellent, try to get in at least 15 minutes each day of exercise, like a walk or something.
