Question: I exercised yesterday as well as 4 months ago. I am afraid that I may be becoming too healthy.

This is serious; you should take action immediately. Is there a fast food restaurant in the vicinity? If so, I recommend going as soon as possible and ordering at least a couple of hamburgers. Better yet, order a pizza and stuff yourself while it's on its way. Good luck... we'll keep you in our thoughts.

its too late to do anything now. the only thing you can do now is sit on the couch and eat as much as you possibly can before the exercise poisons you body with healthiness
