I want to lose 15 pounds by Mid-Late February?!
Question: Is this possible? I guess I would have to burn about 1000 calories a day. Is this wayy unreasonable? I am 16, female, 5'4" and 130 pounds. I'm getting an elliptical in a couple weeks. How long should I use it for everyday? What should I eat. Thank you! And please no rude comments, I'm doing this for my well-being and my confidence, I'm not posting this to put anyone down or to be put-down, (last time I posted a similar question I got a bunch of put-downs, lol) Thanks everyone!

Congrats for you :) I would go about 20-30 mins a day... but don't over do it. You don't sound big at all. But I can understand wanting to do this for yourself and not anyone else. Just try your best and don't get discouraged. :) Best wishes!!!!!!!!!!

I think you must take much exercise, and don't eat much of faty foods by this rules you might lose some weight.
1000 cals is running (NOT WALKING) about 5-6miles...
And you dont seem fat...
