YES. For your height, you should weigh no more than about 120.

Get busy with an exercise program of walking fast at least 30 minutes each and every day so that your heart rate and breathing increase. Do more if you can. Get good supportive shoes and wear socks.

Eat a balanced diet of meats, veggies, fruits, whole grain bread and low fat milk. Drink more water. Try to elminate fats, mayonnaise, butter, oil, margarine, fast foods, fried foods, regular soda, fruit juice, Gatorade. Eat 3 meals a day and eat fruit or veggies between meals if you get hungry.

At your age you should b running all over the place, bouncing from walls to walls and room to room.

Yeah. I'm alot older, alot taller and weigh alot less (and I'm not skin and bones.) Check what your ideal weight is. And start exercising. Otherwise you're just setting yourself up for a lifetime of being fat, miserable and having health problems that could have been avoided if you just took care of yourself properly.

Start jogging and maybe lifting and you'll be good

I don't think that's huge. Not in the least. Maybe you're a bit overweight, though. But you're still 12. You haven't lost your baby fat. You might want to try working out. And definitely limiting what you eat. I know it's hard, but it'll be worth it. Just start off with about 20 situps a day and increase and maybe run some. And most importantly, don't just sit watching tv all day,
