thank you!

1. fat free yogart (good because there are so many flavors that you won't get tired of having it everyday for breakfast)

2. oatmeal

3. brown rice (easy! You can buy the instant microwavable brown rice. This was listed as one of the top 10 healthiest foods you can eat in a fitness magazine.)

4. lean meats (If you normally buy processed lunch meats stop!! Go to the deli counter in your grocery store and get freshly sliced turkey. It's very healthy and low fat. My personal favorite is Boars Head Ovengold Turkey.)

5. Buy fat free everything. You save so many calories when you use fat free butter as opposed to regular butter or fat free mayo as opposed to regular mayo (90 calories less per TABLESPOON!!). You can cut a couple hundred calories out of your daily diet by switching to fat free and it tastes exactly the same. Only your hips will know the difference.

GOOD LUCK!

The first step is dont think of loosing wieght as a diet if you do it will fail. It has to be a lifestyle change. I have lost 50 pounds.

Here are the five foods that I find best

Fruit
skinless white meat chicken, fish, lean ground turkey
Suger Free Jello
100 Calorie Packs (Be careful with these only eat 1 pack a day)
Fresh Cut Veggies

One thing i really enjoy is a mixture of peanuts (unsalted is better health wize), dried cranberries, and a few chocolate chips.

The thing is you cant just pour nuts, cranberries, and chips into a big bowl.

I believe that the serving size of both the nuts and cranberries that i bought is 1/4 cup...so i only put 1/4 cup of each into a bowl. and then i think the chocolate chips are like 2tbsp..

Its a nice little 'sweet and salty' snack that has health benefits (protein from the nuts, nutrients from the cranberries)

lean meats
vegetables
eggs
low fat dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese)
fruit

yogurt
tofu
fruit
nuts
whole grains

Only take water and salad thats all for week holidays.
