For Best Fat Burning Results?!
Question: Should I focus on the distance I walk or the amount of time I spend walking.
Answers: Should I focus on the distance I walk or the amount of time I spend walking.
You should focus on the intensity of the walk to a certain extend.. generally they say the more you sweat the better (but this does not work for all because some people sweat bad and some people hardly sweat. but you get the picture. After that you should focus on the time you spend doing the fast/brisk walk.. like a person doing a 2 mile walk that takes 2 hours at a slow leasurely pace would probably burn less calories then a person that walked a brisk walk 1 and 1/2 miles..just my opinion tho..
focus on the rate and amount of time
weightlifting. muscle burns more calories at rest than fat.
time
For Best Fat Burning Results... focus on the intensity because the more intense your workout is - the more calories you'll keep burning even after your workout is over.
