You are optimum weight, which is good, but you should not make yourself vommit your food. It is dangerous for your food pipe- it can tear up the lining and cause very bad damage which is why it hurts and you should no do this at all... It's not the way you loose your tummy.

Doing about 100 sit ups, at least, a day will kill off the flab and replace it with ghost abs... Most guys think this is really sexy.

Drinking a lot of water can help get rid of things in your system, so it can help get rid of your tummy.

Eating a lot of fruit and vege helps keep you regular, so your tummy may go away like that.

***Not eating enough, or not letting yourself get the nutreants you need wil make you uglier more than it will make you beautiful. They can cover up the pallor with fake tan and extreme amounts of make up as the models walk down the catwalk or as those girls walk over the red carpet. They've created an image that can not exist naturally.***

***You probably have less of a tummy than you think, we all have that part of us in our mind that asks "Am I ever good enough" and something answers "I can't be because that would be vaine"... That's part of Freuds' "ego" theorie. It's perfectly natural to worry a lot, you're not fat, you're just modest! It sounds to me like you're the size I'd love to be!!!!***

no you are not fat at all and if anyone says you are they dont know what they are talking about it. thank genetics for the stomach. some people jsut can never lose it no matter how little they weight. your body is telling you that it is not meant to throw up. you may feel like it but dont. it is not healthy. over thel ong run it will just make it harder for you to lose weight because it slows down your metabolism.

Trying running... instead of throwing up your food .. come on now. Running will tone you up! Run 3 miles a day and you will get tone. You are not fat.

Don't throw up. That'll cause your metabolism to slow way down, not to mention harm your throat and what not.

Work out more, and change up your exercise routine. Instead of walking, run, bike, or go up and down a flight of stairs many times. And eat smaller portions, and eat healthier foods. The only way to lose that flab is cardio, and eating right.

that is disgusting. You know what is WAY more unattractive than a little flab? A girl who forces herself to throw up. You have some self esteem issues you need to work on before you work on your figure.

First off, you are right in your weight range, so no, you are not overweight. Secondly, throwing up will not make you lose any flab you have in your stomach area, it will only cause you to lose unhealthy weight, which will come back immediately, and probably with a few extra pounds. Exercise is great, but you may need target exercises. Have you tried a good Pilate's program. It will centralize on your core muscles, and you will find that after only 2 weeks you will see drastic results in your tummy area.

If you want to keep your weight down, find a good, healthy well balanced diet, like weight watchers where you can obtain information to get you and keep you healthy.

Good Luck with all of this. Bulimia is a horrible alternative. My sister suffered from this ailment, and it not only almost destroyed her life, but her husband's too. If you are still feeling the need to purge, please speak to your parent, guardian or another adult who can possibly help you seek the assistance of a professional, or someone who can help you understand fully what you are going through.

ur begining to have a eating disorder.dont trow up ur not fat for ur stomach just lift weights.

You need to see a counsellor or get your thinking straight on your own. Bulimia is a psychological problem, as well as having serious physical ramifications. If you just mean that you feel ill after eating, then you need to see a doctor to find out what's going on.

Btw, what you think is flab may be nothing more than a normal stomach. Women who have the 6 pack are usually under the recommended body fat limit. If you are really serious about it, then see a personal trainer at a gym and see what the trainer has to say. Making yourself puke is not going to miraculously remove any fat you may have from your belly.

This screams eating disorder!
See someone! Not only are you harming your heart--even heaving puts strain on it--but when you purge, you lose electrolytes. This can cause serious heart malfunctions.
Trust me. I had an eating disorder. And now I have a heart problem. Not a good situation.

You need treatment. You are destroying your esophagus, which is why it hurts. You have probably already done plenty of damage. Please, seek help before you get really sick. Eating healthy does nothing for your body if you throw it all up.
