20 lbs in a week, woa, that's a tall order.

Get yourself a stomach flu, and eat a pound of air a day, and go to the gym for 4 hrs, and you should be set.

But all jokes aside, loosing that much in a week, is very unhealthy, and doing it more than once, is very bad.

20 lbs in 3 weeks is more obtainable, it'll give you time to excersise and diet in a healthy manner, and it'll give your body time to adapt.

you don't want to do that its very unhealthy, but i have heard of it being done by eating nothing but fruits and vegetables, and drinking lots of water.

Wow 20 pounds don't think you can do that but if you try the GM diet that might help lose like 10 pounds maybe, and theres other diets that can work but are unhealthy. Constant exercise can help also if you burn 1800 calories a day you can get 3.5 pounds off in a week and thats a huge amount of exercsing but also a huge amount of weight lose. If you combine that with a GM diet and it works for you I don't see why you cant lose 10 if your really really committed but 20 is out of range sorry.

Sure it's possible but it's incredibly dangerous. You could get sick from that & your body could go into shock. You'll also mess with your metabolism and regain the weight right back again.

That is unless you choose liposuction which comes with it's own set of problems, but that's a small price to pay for vanity's sake right?
