Can coffee make you gain weight?!

Question: I don't drink that much, maybe a cup in the morning, sometimes one in the evening.
I don't add sugar, but I do add a little bit of creamer to it.
Is that bad?

Coffee actually speeds up your metabolism, and without creamer usually has about 5 calories in a 12 oz cup. If the creamer you are adding is minimal, there is nothing to be worried about.

cream makes u gain weight. coffee not so much.

yes it makes you gain weight because it has fat in it and calories.

the cream will make you gain weight. But im now sure about non dairy creamer. coffee dosn't make you gain weight though i think.

The creamer can add calories and fat depending on what type you use. There are fat free varieties of creamer-Coffeemate Fat Free French Vanilla tastes good. Coffee alone has no fat or calories.

there's no calories in coffee, only what you add to it.
the way you fix it, i would say no,

The cream & sugar

Coffee is a diuretic, to much will cause dehydration. It will make your body absorb less liquid, and will make liquid pass through your system more quickly.
