Losing weight- how do i do it?!! ive tried but no difference?!


Question: yeh im 14, 55kg, 5"4, please dont tell me i dont need 2 lose weight ive had enough of that, im not planning on losing much either just enough to look good in a bikini. im only eating around 500 calories a day but not out of choice, i just eat really healthy and no processed foods and i dont get hungry :P help please cause i think 500 is slowing my metabolism!!! please food ideas anything but it needs to be something not too complicated

EXERCISE - make sure you do a lot of sit ups and maybe a 15-20 minute jog everyday or every 2 days. Start a routine to suit you and maybe get participants too!

FOOD - Breakfast - have a medium cup of coffee with a piece of dry toast (note the coffee is filling) LUNCH - a smoothie with honey instead of sugar and a large apple( smoothie is very filling) DINNER - a chicken breast with vegetables a glass of water. ( everything is very filling) SNACK - A piece of fruit or a salad with fruit or with lettuce and the other greens.
I would say that the only unhealthy thing I would eat in your diet is probably a chunk or 2 or dark chocolate. Also you can buy soy milk and mix it with chocolate powder it is quite healthy as the soy contains calcium, 0.5 grams of fat and about 5g of protein and 1g of sugar! this would probably be good for a evening snack and you are having something sweet but healthy. Thing is, I starved my self all day and pigged out at dinner and in the night. And then about 5 weeks later, you could see all your bones sticking out, and in P.E you could see everyone else, with no bones and they were skinny. It was quite repulsive. And I was still doing that and I went to America, and I would do exactly the same routine. DON'T DO IT, YOU GET PARANOID AND YOU WANT to eat something but you end up spitting it out after because you think' how many calories am I adding on now? I am going to get so fat, and you just get so stressed and your moods are horrible DON'T DO IT. there are alternative and easier ways, healthier too! So it is important not to do that. Eat healthily, lose weight.! Hope you do well( probabley go down to the pool for a bit aswell)

Start a diet - any diet you find and like. I can suggest you Winter diet for beginning.
Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance,swim
Change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

Google search "mastercleanser". I lost 70 lbs. in under 4 months by doing this cleansing diet for 10 days every three weeks. I also rode a bike or walked everywhere that I went.

Eating 500 calories a day is going to ruin your system if not kill you...

Eat lots of vegetables and friuts, whole wheat for breads and pastas and drink lots of water.

Find a work out routine thats right for you, do lots of toning if you dont have much fat to lose.

But up your calorie intake to AT LEAST 1200 calories a day...

and make sure to eat breakfast.

Its not rocket science, if you dont think its healthy than its probably not.

maybe if you tried working out the calories you eat it could make a difference in your weight
try about thirty minutes of cardio a day and it should begin to make a difference
your metabolism may be slowing if you are not eating right or if you aren't working out either
so if you try both you should begin to lose the weight
