No, you being hungry has nothing to do with it. And actually it may be worse. There is always the chance that you will get lightheaded and also being hungry for too long pushes your body into starvation mode, which means that it will try to hold on to any fat you have for as long as it can because it doesnt know when you will get food again. Also you tend to overeat after excercising if you go into it hungry, Hope this helps.

You need to have an empty stomach to to crunches anyway. And yes, you will lose weight faster if you exercise hungry, because you're forcing your body to first burn the glycogen stored in your liver, and then fat.

No because not eating puts your body in starvation mode, which is when your body thinks you're starving so it retains calories. Just try eating low calorie meals like a couple small pieces of chicken and vegitables. Lots of water helps too.

no and u actually ned the food before a workout for the energy and u will burn more calories...eat complex carbs before and protein after...

.... but after you exercize, eat a full portioned meal - low fat, low cholesterol, lots of water and vitamins - healthy foods that will give you energy. Only take what energy you need, otherwise,it'll store up in your bady as fat.

The first answerer is absolutely incorrect. Working out hungry is the worst thing you can do for yourself.
