the truth about creatine is that it is naturally found in foods and produced in our bodies. it is only dangerous when taken the wrong way. when takign creatine, follow the instructions carefully and drink at least 64 oz water daily. if oyu do that it is perfectly safe. you also want to cycle with a lot of creatine products. do 2 months on 1 month off,. this will help to not interfere with your bodies natural creatine production. i would suggest anavol hardcore(havent heard of those two sorry) you dont have to cycle anavol hardcore either, i have saw gains in size strength and workout intensity with this product.
The whole point of supplements -- creatine or otherwise -- is just to lighten your wallet. You just don't need them. Eat healthy, maybe a little extra meat (protein) or bread/pasta (carbs) after a heavy workout to help muscle and glycogen recovery. If your workouts are pretty routine but not real heavy/intensive, you don't even need the extra meat or pasta.
Don't fall for the myth of supplements. It's not worth it.
My brother's friend (age 16) went on creatine to help him build muscle. When he tried to stop taking it, he went into withdrawal and had to be hospitalised! It can also stunt your growth if you're still growing.
Creatine of any description is dangerous. If you want to build muscle, get a dietitian or personal trainer to design you a protein-rich, HEALTHY meal plan. Normally these involve lots of eggs.
