Also, you may want to see if any yoga studios near you offer "Restorative Yoga." It uses props like blankets, blocks and straps and focuses more on opening than on stretching and the poses are held for long periods of time. It is the most relaxing.

Yes, the home dvd that I love is called P90X, they have a Yoga one that challenges you as much as you want to be challenged. And I love the weight loss recording from www.independentachievement.com Both have helped me tremendously.
