Do can I do, to stop myself from eating so much?!

Question: I am at college, I am hungry a lot of the time, my friends say it is because I work to hard. But I need to, or I will fall behind. I am hungry more often, than before classes started, and I gained a few extra pounds. What do I do?

drink water......lots of it....if you feel hungry drink.....it cuts out the snack eating....if u get really hungry between meals have some fruit.....

frikin jog!
it causes u to lose yer appettite
or bike

use your brain mind over matter

first of all excersise
second take a little snack everywhere, an apple, an orange, nothing wrong with fruit.
don't work so hard. You shouldnt have to make yourself hungry working hard

Muster the will power to quit eating as much, or you will weigh a ton by graduation time.

you can drink a glass of water before you eat because most of the time you just need a drink

Carry around a thermous of water. Drink tons of ice cold water. Suck on mints and chew gum.

It is totally normal to gain some weight when you first go to college. I think it happens to most people.

Get more exercise. Find a way that you have to walk somewhere instead of drive. Or start a hobby that keeps you active. Exercise relieves stress and will help you be able to concentrate better when you do sit down to study.

drink a lot of water during your classes and only eat at interval and lunchtime at school.
