Question: How do i put on weight?

Sorry this is slightly my life story,
i am severely underweight for my age and height.
I'm 15, weigh 37kg, and am 5"4.
I'm basically sick of people thinking i'm anorexic because i eat three meals a day, and snack as much as i can.
I have never, ever tried to make myself sick, and rarely if ever skip meals.
I just eat until' i am full, normal portions of food, but it just never seems to help me to put on weight.
I'm not exactly athletic, though i walk and run a bit.
I've been to my GP about this, and she wasn't much help at all, basically just telling me what i already knew, that I was underweight for my age, and that i needed to eat more.
Wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and can help me out?

I have basically No muscle at all, and want to build this up as I think this would improve weight, but i don't know how to exercise without losing weight...?
If possible i want to build fat on my arms and legs, as they are FAR to skinny...

Wow, I bet a lot of people envy you huh? Umm... try to gain weight in a healthy way by gaining muscle. Eat healthy but more than normal. Maybe this will help? Not sure, google it maybe. I hope things work out for you.

eat chocolate. works for me. Whenever I eat a piece a gain a pound. pretty sad
