If drinking of milk is good for health at night?!

The calcium will help make your teeth and bones strong , but you need to brush afterwards before you fall asleep because it will rot your teeth if you dont. I would also make sure it is skim milk rather than whole milk because whole milk has a lot of fat in it and skim milk has all the other nutrients in it as the whole milk.

Studies have shown that drinking two servings of lowfat or skim milk per day is good for healthy weight loss.
