it is healthy for you

(today i ate like a whole bag of white cheddar pop corn mmmmmmm, i dont feel any unhealthier lol)

If you pop popcorn with a popcorn machine and add nothing to it, it will be semi-healthy.

If you eat the microwave popcorn, it will be fatty and unhealthy.

If you eat 1 cup of air-popped popcorn, it is only 31 calories.

Enjoy!

Yes popcorn is a healthy snack choice. One cup of air popped popcorn has only 31 calories.

Check out the nutritional label on popcorn.

Stick with the 100-calorie packs, they are totally satisfying!

It's a starch, pure and simple. But the husks make good ruffiage (sp?), so it isn't all bad. And personally, I love starches.
Just so long as it isn't all you eat, sure it's healthy for you.

You are right. The butter and salt and sugar and cheese is what's bad for you...nothing on it, is very healthy and the satisfaction score is very high. Pop away!

anything thats good, is bad for you. Eveything thats taste bad, is good for you. Thats my philosophy.

It is fine as long as you say how it is

yes, popcorn is ok for you. it fills you up too. the salt on it is bad [but there is obviously no calories in salt, it just stores water in your body..aka weight] and the butter is terrible for you. But, the popcorn itself, with nothing additional added, is ok for you. Again, it is OK.. not good, or great, but it is not bad for you.
