Healthy foods with lots of protein and good carbs. Try things like:
wholegrain crackers (ie. vita-weats) with peanut butter
cottage cheese with low-fat yoghurt
english muffin (they have about 10g of protein)
fruit- apples, oranges, bananas etc. (you may want to eat something else along with it)
carrot sticks with hummus/peanut butter/basically any healthy dip..
wholegrain toast
milk
eggs- boiled, scrambled etc..
