My love handles(rolls) are messing up my figure?!
Question: how do you get rid of just the love handles.... i would love to wear a shirt and not have it slide up when i sit.... you know what i mean..... help me what type of excercise can help me ge t rid of them.....cuz they are getting worst...

Cardio for all-over weight loss, and crunches for ab muscle tone. Straight crunches for upper and lower abs, and oblique crunches for obliques.

first get the cake out of your mouth! next work out do sit ups and run alot, start eating better and you will deffinately lose those love handles
