lots of water, at least 8 to 10 glasses a day, lots of fruits and veggies, 5 small meals a day at least 30 min of cardio, then build up to your fitness level try not to eat after a certain hour at night and a positive attitude!!! Good Luck! I did it!
1 hour cardio class or run for an 1 hour each day and don't eat any processed foods
