Losing 10lbs?!
Question: I wanted to "shed" some extra pounds but i dont care how long it takes as long as it COMES OFF

well what u could do is exercise and eat fives a day this should
exceed your metabolism and allow you to throw away body waste much faster. drink lots of water because fluid retention could be the cause of being a little over weight. Eat healthy too and don't sleep on a full stomach ok

I think you need to do crunches! They give you abs and lower your fat!

I would start with one mile, then add on 1/2 mile. So do 1 mile one week, 1 1/2 the next, THEN add another mile. Go from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2. Eat healthy, and exercise. Try to stick with something you know you can do.
Sounds great! Remember you can eat what you'd like. But don't eat anything that you know you shouldn't be eating (like cake, candy, etc. ONLY OCCASIONALLY.)
